Booking Terms and Conditions*

I confirm that my local Music Bugs representative has provided me with a set of Birthday Party Terms and Conditions and that I agree to abide by them.

Adult Supervision*

I agree to ensure that there will be adequate adult supervision at all times during the party.*

Payment Schedule*

I agree to pay deposits and final balance payments on time, as advised by my local Music Bugs representative.

Bouncy Castles*

If using a bouncy castle, I agree to deflate it whilst the Music Bugs representative is running the session

Ball Pits*

If using a ball pit, I will ensure it is covered whilst the Music Bugs representative is running the session.
