Sensory music classes & birthday parties for babies, toddlers & preschoolers
Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Grimsby & Brigg
Hello and welcome to Music Bugs in North Lincolnshire, my name is Julie Wilkins and I run Music Bugs classes in Scunthorpe, Brigg, Gainsborough and surrounding areas.
Music Bugs classes are a great way to spend time with your child. Participation in music and singing classes help children to socialise and develop.
We aim to create a friendly, exciting and lively environment for you and your child to join in in your own way, learning new songs and enjoying familiar songs. We use a range of props from finger puppets and glove puppets to larger props such as the popular Music Bugs hobby horses and parachutes.
These are combined with action songs that encourage fine motor skills for finger awareness, to gross motor skills for moving and jumping around.
Props and songs vary each week to keep sessions fresh and interesting but are repeated regularly.
With classes running in Scunthorpe and Brigg and coming very soon to Gainsborough, more locations and venues will be announced shortly, Please keep checking our ‘find a class’ tab for more information. I look forward to welcoming you to our classes very soon!
Why not join us on Facebook and stay up to date.
Did you know? We also provide birthday parties and sessions for nurseries and Children’s Centres.

Music Bugs is looking for new locations to hold our fun and interactive sessions. If you would like to see a class near you then contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your suggestions.
Session costs: £4 per child and £2 for siblings. All sessions need to be prebooked in advance to ensure we have enough props for each child.
Some of the lovely feedback we've received from Music Bugs parents
It’s our favourite part of the week and my son sings the ‘Hello Music Bugs’ song all the way there in the car. Each week is so exciting and varied and we have made some really lovely friends in class

The mixed age group classes (Family Bugs) allow me to come along with all of my ‘mindees’ at the same time but the class leader adapts the activities and songs so that everyone can join in and benefit from the session.
I’m a childminder and think that Music Bugs classes are the best there are!
