Hello, my name is Margaret and I am the Music Bugs franchisee for Darlington, Stockton and surrounding areas.

The recent birth of my 2 granddaughters reminded me just how precious and short those pre-school years are. I have always loved music and singing and it has been an important part of our family life. I wanted to help others enjoy that too which is why I decided to bring Music Bugs to the local area!

Music Bugs classes are, first and foremost a lot of fun, with a warm and friendly atmosphere, lots of exciting instruments, puppets, pom-poms and props such as hobby horses, parachutes, scarves and bubbles.

This is learning as it should be. As we sing, listen to and make music the children develop their concentration, vocabulary, counting and social skills to name but a few. It is also a good chance for you and your child to relax, have fun together and make new friends.

At a recent conference of the National Family Parenting Institute the health minister Beverley Hughes said “Some parents already know that reading and singing nursery rhymes with their young children will get them off to a flying start ”

You and I already know that, so why don’t you join me at a Music Bugs class to sing nursery rhymes old and new and have fun making music.
